【摘要】
个性化治疗为肿瘤患者带来了新的希望，现在“个性化治疗将成癌症治疗新趋势”这句话被越来越多的肿瘤领域专家提及和认可。个性化医疗的基础是建立在对病人的内环境信息充分了解的基础上进行的，许多学科的研究都推动了个性化医疗时代的到来。影响个性化医疗发展的障碍有很多，主要体现在三个层面：技术层面，市场层面和信息管理层面。现在个性化医疗在医疗系统中的地位正在逐渐提高，我们应该乐观地看到它的前景，以客观、开放的态度迎接个性化医疗时代的到来。
